How to cope with emotions and stress.
Emotions are strong feelings we have.
Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain.
Stress can cause different emotions. For example fear, anger, sadness or frustration.
Ways of coping with negative emotions
Discuss with a friend or guardian.
Praying to God.
Reading the bible.
Sing a song that makes you feel happy or joyful.
