Practices that enhance body cleanliness as habits

  1. Managing sweat by cleaning yourself and change clothes in required time.

  2. Frequent handwashing, facial cleanliness, and bathing with soap and water.

  3. Regular bathing and cleaning of cloths during menstruation periods.

  4. Brush teeth twice a day and after meals.

  5. Cleaning your bedding regularly.

  6. Trim your nails and wash your hair to keep it clean.
